About the Role:
Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for partnering with fast-paced, tech-driven teams? Globant is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing U.S. operations in either the Miami or New York market. We’re a global digital transformation company where innovation, people, and technology come together to reinvent industries.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior business leaders, especially across sales, delivery, and tech consulting teams
- Provide hands-on guidance across employee relations, performance management, org design, engagement & retention
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and other teams to deliver integrated people strategies
- Analyze trends and HR metrics to inform business decisions
- Be a culture and values ambassador supporting DEI, change management, and leadership development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment law and internal policies
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in an HRBP role
- Strong background in IT consulting, professional services, or high-growth tech
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, global, and hybrid work environment
- Trusted partner with strong EQ, stakeholder management, and business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
- Spanish language skills and experience supporting distributed teams are a bonus!
