This individual is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives. This role partners with leadership to build a supportive, engaged, and high-performing workplace aligned with our mission of compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Operations
- Oversee accurate payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain compliant and confidential HR records
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and staffing needs
- Lead onboarding programs for new employees
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and deliver programs
- Ensure compliance with required certifications
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Advise leadership and staff on HR matters
- Promote employee engagement and retention
Culture & Organizational Development
- Drive a positive, mission-focused culture
- Support workforce and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–8 years of HR experience
- Healthcare or Hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR law, payroll, and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
