Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, US, you’ll play a key role in driving impactful HR initiatives and supporting organizational success. You’ll support the Retail and Technology divisions, partnering with leaders across all levels- from frontline teams to senior executives. This is a strategic and hands-on role, with a strong focus onemployee relations, performance management, and business-aligned HR guidance. This role is based in their Tampa HQ.
What you will need to succeed
- 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HRBP role within a global or sales-driven organization
- Strong employee relations expertise, with experience in performance management and day-to-day HR support
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and HR admin processes
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Skilled in partnering with Benefits, Compliance, and L&D teams
- HR certification preferred
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
