Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic
Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you'll lead the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with department leaders to attract and hire top talent that reflects our mission-driven culture and commitment to diversity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of recruitment-from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support selection processes.
- Recommend compensation packages and start dates in partnership with HR and hiring teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- HR certification or SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential is a plus.
