The Role
• Spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on critical matters like organizational design and talent development.
• Drive impactful employee development programs to cultivate leadership capabilities and a high-performance environment.
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and widespread buy-in.

What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's or HR certification like SHRM-SCP/SPHR a plus).
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or HR Business Partner role.
• Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical acumen, leveraging data and industry insights to drive HR best practices.
