Regional HR Manager – Texas
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Texas locations. This role will serve as a trusted partner to branch and operational leaders, ensuring consistent HR practices, strong compliance, and high-quality employee experience. The ideal candidate brings multi-site HR expertise, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a solid foundation in HR operations and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR resource for multiple branches across Texas, building effective partnerships with operational leaders.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and performance management.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination for assigned branches in collaboration with HR and Payroll teams.
- Oversee onboarding processes, new hire documentation, I-9/E-Verify compliance, HRIS updates, terminations, and leaves of absence.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment efforts, and selection processes for key roles in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Assist in the implementation of training, HR systems, and company-wide initiatives to support operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with Texas employment laws and company policies across all supported locations.
- Prepare HR reports, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Travel throughout Texas (up to 15%) to support branch needs, training, investigations, and leadership meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or market territories.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Ability to support both day-to-day HR needs and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems.
- Solid understanding of Texas employment regulations; multi-state experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
