We are looking for a HR Manager to join one of the main Construction / Energy companies in the country. For this role you’ll be a key player in fostering a positive work environment aligned with company’s Vision, Values, and Commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end investigations into workplace issues, including intake, interviews, reporting, and resolution.
- Address complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, and policy violations.
- Advise managers and leaders on employee relations matters such as performance management, interpersonal conflicts, and workforce changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Ethics & Compliance, and Security.
- Deliver ER training and contribute to team-led initiatives and projects.
- Analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Support workforce reduction processes in partnership with project HR and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of equivalent work experience.
- Formal training or certification in investigations is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience conducting legally sound workplace investigations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and ER best practices.
- Skilled in presenting findings to leadership, even in challenging or dissenting environments.
- High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Proficient in electronic case management systems and data analysis.
- Comfortable working across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Empathetic communicator with the ability to navigate difficult conversations constructively.
