Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic HR leader to stabilize and modernize HR operations, build trust across leadership and employees, and serve as a key partner to executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Identify gaps and streamline processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with executives to shape culture and implement HR best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven ability to manage benefits, improve processes, and enhance employee experience.
- SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals/Chemicals, Refining, Energy/Utilities, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing industries preferred.
