Job Title: Director of Human Resources Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite weekly) — Candidates must reside within driving distance of Bedford, MA.
Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and support HR initiatives across our North American operations. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in talent programs, organizational development, and employee engagement. The Director will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and oversee the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and Talent Acquisition functions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Must be within commuting distance of Bedford, MA.
- Interview process includes 2–3 rounds (video and/or onsite).

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HRBP, providing guidance and hands-on support across multiple HR disciplines during a period of organizational transformation.
- Advise leadership on HR matters including organizational design, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Partner with corporate HR teams in areas such as HR technology, compensation, and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and high employee morale.
- Act as a mentor and coach to leadership, supporting growth and development across teams.
- Lead initiatives in recruitment, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
- Attend business team meetings to support and execute leadership development programs, including internships and professional training.
- Maintain a visible and credible HR presence across the organization, actively monitoring employee engagement and morale.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to make high-impact decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated success in organizational design and workforce planning.
- Strong change management and stakeholder influence capabilities.
- Executive presence with experience supporting senior leadership and managing sensitive internal matters.
- Expertise in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee teams and cross-functional processes.
- Deep HRBP experience with a focus on talent strategy and program execution.
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
