Job Summary:

Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for building high-impact talent programs and shaping company culture? We’re looking for a Director, Human Resources to join our global team and lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition functions across North America.

As a key member of our HR leadership team, you’ll report directly to the CHRO and play a vital role in transforming and scaling our people strategy during a period of dynamic growth.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner during a time of transformation and change.
Lead and coach our North America HRBP team and oversee Talent Acquisition efforts.
Guide senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning, employee relations, and development.
Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, performance, retention, and culture.
Collaborate with global HR COEs including Compensation, Benefits, and HR Tech (Workday).
Design and implement leadership development, internship, and professional growth programs.
Act as a trusted advisor and culture champion for employees and senior leaders alike.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP leadership in a global environment.
Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent development.
Track record of influencing and advising executive-level stakeholders.
Experience building scalable HR programs, with a hands-on, people-first approach.
Proven success working with or implementing HRIS tools (Workday preferred).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments and making high-impact decisions.

🎓 Education:

BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
