Job Summary:
Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for building high-impact talent programs and shaping company culture? We’re looking for a Director, Human Resources to join our global team and lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition functions across North America.
As a key member of our HR leadership team, you’ll report directly to the CHRO and play a vital role in transforming and scaling our people strategy during a period of dynamic growth.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner during a time of transformation and change.
- Lead and coach our North America HRBP team and oversee Talent Acquisition efforts.
- Guide senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning, employee relations, and development.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, performance, retention, and culture.
- Collaborate with global HR COEs including Compensation, Benefits, and HR Tech (Workday).
- Design and implement leadership development, internship, and professional growth programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and culture champion for employees and senior leaders alike.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP leadership in a global environment.
- Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent development.
- Track record of influencing and advising executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience building scalable HR programs, with a hands-on, people-first approach.
- Proven success working with or implementing HRIS tools (Workday preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments and making high-impact decisions.
🎓 Education:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
