- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1-2 years of related HR or customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The
HR Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for Distribution and Fulfillment Centers through HRXPRESS. This role is essential in providing guidance on company HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries (policies, procedures, and leaves of absence) via phone, email, and dashboard reports.
- Accurately document case details in ServiceNow.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, state disability, family leave, ERISA, and Sick Policies.
- Administer and process leave of absences with attention to deadlines.
- Cross-train and support special projects as needed.
