Job Overview – Sr. Human Resources Generalist – 33826
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees. This is a fully onsite role supporting our fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience and have a proven background managing the full spectrum of HR functions in a hands-on, operational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across all functional areas, including:
- Employee relations
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Performance management
- Benefits & leave administration
- Training & development
- HR compliance (federal, state, and local)
- Act as a resource and advocate for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives within the warehouse/distribution environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Lead or support HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with proven success managing the full range of HR functions.
- Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment with a hands-on approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
