We're looking for a visionary VP of Human Resources who can design and lead a people strategy that scales with our growth. This role goes far beyond policy — you’ll partner directly with the CEO and executive team, steering culture through change, aligning talent strategy with ambitious business goals, and simplifying HR systems so leaders can focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Align HR with Business Strategy – Gain deep knowledge of CXT Software’s products, services, customers, and market to ensure HR priorities directly support business goals
- Lead M&A People Strategy – Manage HR due diligence, develop integration plans, blend cultures, and implement retention strategies during acquisitions
- Drive Cultural Change – Identify cultural challenges, build trust, and lead initiatives that strengthen alignment with company values.
- Develop Scalable People Systems – Create and maintain repeatable frameworks for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and engagement
- Simplify HR Processes – Translate complex procedures into user-friendly tools that enable managers and employees to focus on outcomes
- Advise the CEO and Leadership Team – Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, offering candid feedback and influencing organizational direction
- Architect Talent Strategies – Design and implement plans to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent suited to the company’s growth stage
- Promote a Performance Culture – Build systems that drive accountability while inspiring excellence
- Enhance the Employee Experience – Ensure employees feel supported, engaged, and valued throughout their career journey
- Lead a Global, Remote Workforce – Create programs that foster collaboration, connection, and innovation across diverse geographies and time zones
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered
- 10–15 years of total experience in Human Resources
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager, Director, or VP level).
- 3+ years supporting a SaaS business
- 3+ years of experience in M&A (involved in 2-3 transactions in an HR capacity. )
- Highly proficient with HRIS tools (Rippling, Deel, BambooHR, Gusto)
