HR Manager, Corporate Functions
This position is based in Atlanta, GA in our Galleria office 3 days+ a week as a hybrid role. Applicants in CA, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, RI, VT, and WA are not eligible for this posting.
HR Managers Build Better Workplaces
As an HR Manager supporting our Store Support Center, you’ll be at the center of shaping how our teams grow, lead, and work together. You’ll lead daily HR operations, support leaders through performance and employee relations matters, and build processes that scale with us as we grow. In this role, you'll be a key partner to department leaders, helping to drive engagement, clarity, and culture through strong HR practices. You’ll wear multiple hats, from policy refinement to coaching conversations and be empowered to make a real difference in how work gets done.
The Details
What You Need
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, workflows, and tools that improve HR operations
- Experience leading employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and performance management
- Background supporting organizational redesign, department formation, or leadership transitions
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to interpret and present workforce analytics
What You’ll Do
- Support and coach leaders on performance conversations, engagement strategies, and team dynamics
- Lead employee relations investigations and policy interpretation with fairness and consistency
- Build and maintain SOPs, policies, and HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance
- Develop reporting tools and metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Partner with leaders to support org design, change readiness, and leadership development initiatives
Additional Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting
- Experience supporting hybrid and/or remote teams
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Ability to work onsite at our Galleria office at least 3 days per week
