DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
This high-impact position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic and operational leader, overseeing all HR functions and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence across the organization. This role has total oversight and responsibility for managing the day-to-day departmental Human Resource functions and oversight of staff.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Responsibility for all people functions within DLC.
- Managing all functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to:
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Employee relations
- Compensation management
- Regulatory compliance
- Leave management
- Employee engagement
- Demonstrating agility in moving from tactical to strategic tasks at any given time.
- Building a dynamic employee culture where all staff are engaged.
TO BEST LEAD THE DLC TEAM:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field = Required
- Five (5) years of Human Resources experience = Required
- Two (2) years of HR Management experience w/ similar scope of responsibility = Required
- Strong technical knowledge in Office 365 and business applications = Required
- Dedication to the organization's mission, standards, procedures and protocol = Required
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams = Required
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills = Required
- Experience in Healthcare industry = Preferred
- HR Certification = Preferred
- Continuum Cloud/Datis/e3 or related HRIS system experience = Preferred

This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
