Qualifications
- 4+ years experience with payroll, benefits admin and HRIS.
- Experience with 401K administration and retirement plan compliance.
- Implementation experience a major plus
- Experience within a highly acquisitory company preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently while partnering cross-functionally
