We’re looking for a strategic, people-first HR leader to join our team as a Director of Human Resources—someone who can drive performance, ensure compliance, and elevate the employee experience across a dynamic, multi-brand organization.
This is not your average HR role. You’ll support 600+ restaurant locations across 17 states, partner with executive leadership, and lead a high-performing HR team—all while shaping the future of our people strategy.
🔥What You’ll Be Doing
👥 Lead, Influence & Build
- Lead and develop a high-impact HR team supporting a large, multi-state workforce
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals across three brands
- Standardize HR practices and drive consistency across all locations
🎓 Training & Development That Scales
- Design and deliver impactful training programs for District Managers & General Managers
- Build scalable HR content, toolkits, and SOPs across 600+ locations
- Bring training to life—covering employee relations, compliance, and performance management
⚖️ Employee Relations & Compliance
- Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and terminations
- Ensure compliance across 17 states with evolving federal, state, and local laws
- Serve as a trusted advisor on EEOC, wage & hour, and workplace compliance matters
📊 HR Operations & Systems
- Oversee HR systems and data integrity (ADP Vantage preferred 👀)
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking
🚨 Risk Management & Leadership Partnership
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks across the organization
- Partner closely with legal and executive leadership on high-risk matters
- Ensure strong, defensible HR practices across all markets
🎯 What You Bring
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (QSR or multi-unit preferred)
- Bachelors of HR/Business Administration/or related field. (Masters Preferred)
- SHRM-CP or PHR or SPHR preferred
- Deep expertise in multi-state employment law and compliance
- Proven experience managing EEOC claims, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Strong background in training development and HR content creation
- Experience with ADP Vantage or similar HRIS systems
- Ability to influence, lead, and drive results at an executive level
