Human Resources Manager / HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist required to support a growing organization in an industrial engineering environment. This role will act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, focusing on employee relations, talent management, compliance, and engagement within the company.
This position plays a critical role in driving HR strategy while managing day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement. With the company continuing to grow, this HR function is expanding to support a dynamic workforce across multiple sites.
Human Resources Manager / HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist Compensation:
• Circa $110,000 base salary

Human Resources Manager / HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Advise management on employee relations issues, investigations, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Oversee compensation processes, performance reviews, and HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage HR systems, reporting, and key metrics to support leadership decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
Human Resources Manager / HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
• Strong generalist background in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems, Paylocity experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with leadership.
