Finoric is a fast-growing company seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a proven ability to recruit top talent in the oil and gas industry and build the HR infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on leader who can drive full-cycle recruiting, strengthen core HR operations, and modernize systems, processes, and workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate brings both strong execution and strong judgment—someone who moves quickly, takes ownership, and delivers results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, field, corporate, and leadership roles, with a strong focus on oil and gas talent
- Partner with leadership to align hiring priorities and workforce planning with business needs
- Evaluate current HR practices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, structure, and scalability
- Build, modernize, and implement HR systems, processes, and infrastructure that support organizational growth
- Oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, retention, and compliance
- Help foster a high-accountability, high-performance culture across the organization
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on talent strategy, organizational development, and HR best practices
- Drive initiatives with urgency, ownership, and minimal oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including significant recruiting experience within the oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated experience building, modernizing, and implementing HR systems, processes, and infrastructure that support organizational growth
- Strong understanding of technical, field, operational, and corporate hiring needs
- Proven ability to strengthen HR operations and talent processes in a growing company
- Solid knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, and take full ownership of responsibilities
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States and reside within commuting distance, as this role is not open to visa sponsorship or relocation
