HR Coordinator to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, with a primary focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to attract candidates and increase client referrals for therapy services
- Schedule and participate in interviews
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Manage and update company social media platforms to support recruitment and brand awareness
- Plan and participate in recruiting and marketing events (job fairs, community outreach, etc.)
- Design, update, and distribute marketing flyers and promotional materials for both candidate recruitment and client referral outreach
- Develop, post, and manage advertisements targeting both prospective employees and potential therapy clients
- Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and basic marketing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or pediatric services
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools)
