Harper Fox are supporting a key energy player in appointing an additional HR Business Partner to support global projects covering the Americas, UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The business has gone through a period of positive transformation and evolution, and we're looking to continue elevating the existing HRBP function.
The role:
This HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of HR Business Partnering, driving alignment and execution of key initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing cross-functional projects, and facilitating seamless communication between departments.
The position will not be allocated to a specific business unit, so we're looking for someone that has a diverse range of experiences in supporting all areas of Human Resources, from Talent Management through to Employee Relations.
Ideal experience:
International HR Business Partnering experience having managed global projects, not just focused on US operations, is essential for this position.
Prior exposure to companies supporting global energy projects would be advantageous, but we are open on industry experience providing the above criteria is still aligned. Someone who has experience living and working outside of the US would also be advantageous.
