Your impact
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded HR leader to join our Global Energy & Power leadership team as Director, HR Talent Partner. In this role, you will partner closely with the EVP & General Manager and leadership team to drive business performance, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness through aligned, high-impact people strategies.
Our Energy & Power business delivers engineering, consulting, and advisory services across the full asset lifecycle. With a global footprint and significant growth underway - particularly in the Americas - this role offers the opportunity to shape the people strategy of a rapidly scaling organization with aspirations to grow exponentially over the next three years.
In addition to your business-facing responsibilities, you will be a core member of the Americas Regional HR team, contributing to enterprise-wide HR priorities, initiatives, and talent strategies. This role requires a balance of deep alignment to the Energy & Power business and the ability to operate across the broader enterprise, partnering with leaders and teams beyond your primary business when needed to support evolving priorities.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the Business
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness
- Translate business priorities into practical, forward-looking people strategies plans
- Support leadership in driving performance, engagement, and culture
- In addition to serving as a member of the Global E&P Leadership team, you will be a member of the Americas E&P leadership team
Enable Growth & Transformation
- Play a key role in the integration of PA Consulting’s Energy Practice into Jacobs Energy & Power Americas unit, aligning talent, structure, and culture to ensure a seamless transition.
- Lead organizational design and change initiatives to support scale and agility
- Support M&A activity, including due diligence and integration if required
- Partner on workforce planning and talent strategies to enable growth
Build Talent & Capability
- Support Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
- Help strengthen leadership capability across the organization
Drive Alignment & Execution
- Partner across regions and HR teams (COEs, People Operations) to deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Contribute to Americas Regional HR and enterprise-wide initiatives, sharing best practices and driving alignment across businesses
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and track organizational health
- Ensure people strategies are aligned with evolving business needs, including supporting leaders across other operating units as priorities shift
Here's what you'll need
What You Bring
- Progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or Talent Partner roles
- Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strength in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
- Exposure to M&A (integration or due diligence) is a plus
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, engineering, or similarly complex industries preferred
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to operate and lead in fast-paced environments characterized by growth, evolving priorities, and diverse opportunities
- Experience operating in a global HR environment, supporting geographically dispersed teams, is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $270,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
