HR Manager Location: Coppell, TX Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday (8:00-5:00)
We're partnering with a mid-sized company seeking an HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations and help strengthen the overall work environment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be working closely with both employees and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle employee relations issues (coaching, investigations, performance)
- Support managers with day-to-day people challenges
- Act as the main HR contact onsite
- Support recruiting and onboarding
- Oversee payroll and HR processes (accuracy and coordination)
- Work within HR systems and assist with reporting
- Help improve processes and bring structure to HR
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in a hands-on HR role (Manager or strong Generalist)
- Strong employee relations experience
- Background in operations-driven environments
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR systems (Rippling or similar)
- Experience supporting multi-site teams
- Exposure to payroll and benefits processes
