We are seeking a Director of Human Resources for our retained sports and fitness industry client. In this role, you will be supporting the Chief People Officer in the areas of HR strategy, HR Technology, and Learning & Development, and supporting the organization as a senior level HR Business Partner. You will work across the organization alongside the People team and external partners to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with overall business objectives, that employees are supported with learning and development opportunities, and that the systems critical to future growth of the organization are optimized, sourced, or created to support those initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in both established and scaling environments with employee populations of 200+
- Experience with HRIS and ATS system exploration, implementation, and usage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibits high ownership, accountability, and personal responsibility for outcomes
- This role is onsite a minimum of three days a week
