Tesla is looking for an experienced HR Leader to oversee the talented HRBPs that support Fremont Manufacturing. The ideal candidate enjoys driving engagement and building organizational scalability.
As HR Manager, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented along with ensuring understanding by leadership teams. Consult, guide and coach all levels of leadership (including senior to executive) to create a positive and productive environment.
What You'll Do
Oversee HR for Fremont Manufacturing, positively contributing to organizational health and employee experienceProvide HR guidance and advice to all levels of management on HR policy and procedures, balancing needs with best practiceDrive engagement across locations and relentlessly focus on increasing employee satisfactionIdentify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needsHeavy employee relations experience with ability to create and implement sustainable solutionsAble to understand the needs of the business from hourly worker to executivePropose and lead HR initiatives
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience15+ years of HR Leadership and/or HRBP experienceStrong generalist HR experience, preferably from a multi-site industrial environmentGood working knowledge of local employment law, works council, and HR best practicesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven track record of positively influencing teams and their leadersEffectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines

Expected Compensation
$156,000 - $282,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
