About the Opportunity
Our manufacturing client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources leader to oversee and manage all HR functions across the company. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and provide guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading HR teams, driving culture-building initiatives, and developing HR strategies in dynamic environments. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to shape HR processes and programs at a high level. This is an in-office position, Mon-Fri.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and contribute to organizational strategy, compliance, and planning.
- Lead and manage core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment strategies and ensure a strong onboarding and retention process.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and workforce planning initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
- Coach and support leadership in areas such as conflict resolution, employee development, and performance improvement.
- Manage training and development programs to support employee growth and skill-building.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive planning, and open enrollment.
- Utilize HRIS systems to track workforce metrics and guide data-informed decision-making.
- Streamline and improve HR operations and processes to increase efficiency and service delivery.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget and ensure alignment with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success leading HR teams in a manufacturing environment, and managing HR operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated or structured environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compensation and benefits planning, and talent management best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and using data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- High level of business acumen and the ability to align HR strategy with broader organizational objectives.
