We’re partnering with a growing, dynamic organization seeking an HR Director to build and lead the people function during an exciting period of expansion. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, shape company culture, and implement scalable HR programs that support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to drive initiatives while remaining deeply connected to employees and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving people initiatives that support growth and operational performance
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts and build scalable hiring processes across departments
- Lead workforce planning, organizational structure improvements, and succession planning
- Develop and enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention programs
- Manage performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and employee development
- Provide leadership on employee relations, coaching managers and resolving workplace matters
- Guide compensation planning and partner with finance on salary structures and merit increases
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant and consistent across the organization
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and overall people operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- 8+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibility
- Experience supporting a growing organization and building HR processes
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR analytics
- Ability to influence leadership and operate in a hands-on environment
- Professional certification (SHRM, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
