We are seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Manager to partner closely with senior leadership and drive key HR initiatives across a dynamic, multi-site organization. This role is both operational and transformational, with a clear mandate to modernize HR infrastructure and elevate the function’s impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR modernization efforts, including HRIS optimization (Paycom strongly preferred)
- Own full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning aligned to business growth
- Redesign and implement performance management processes
- Strengthen employee relations, culture, and engagement across the organization
- Ensure compliance across federal and state regulations (DOL, FLSA, OSHA), ideally within a federal contract environment
- Leverage HR data and analytics to drive workforce and operational decisions
- Enhance onboarding and improve the full employee lifecycle experience
Ideal Background:
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong generalist foundation with experience in multi-site or field-based environments
- Track record of leading HR transformation or building processes from the ground up
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus
