You'll be the face of HR on the ground. You'll know every team member, every property, and every people challenge before it becomes a problem. You'll report to the VP, People & Culture and work directly with property leadership across some of Miami's most dynamic real estate assets.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
– Own full-cycle recruiting for property-level and administrative roles — from posting to offer
– Build active candidate pipelines so we're never scrambling to fill a seat
– Partner with PEO recruiters to source, screen, and advance candidates
– Manage job postings across ATS and external platforms; keep all JDs current
– Conduct Spanish-language interviews and screens for bilingual candidate pools
Onboarding & Employee Experience
– Execute a structured, culturally aligned onboarding experience for every new hire
– Ensure new employees are fully set up: systems, access, introductions, first 30 days
– Coordinate property tours and team introductions for all new property staff
– Champion the Black Briar Way from day one of every employee's journey
Employee Relations & HR Operations
– Serve as the first call when an employee needs support or a manager needs guidance
– Partner with PEO for ER escalations, compliance matters, and documentation
– Maintain accurate employee records; support time & attendance and benefits administration
– Ensure HR policies and the employee handbook are applied consistently across all properties
– Proactively identify and flag workforce trends, retention risks, and morale issues
Training & Development
– Support rollout and continuous improvement of the existing training program
– Coordinate role-specific and property-specific training for new hires
– Partner with property GMs to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities
– Help build career pathways and development plans for field-level team members
PEO Coordination & Compliance
– Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with PEO across all HR functions
– Keep our PEO accountable and our HR operations running tight
– Maintain compliance with Florida and federal employment law requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
– Bilingual: full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) — this is a must
– 4+ years of HR Manager or HR Business Partner experience
– Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
– Miami-based and ready to work on site across multiple property locations
– Comfortable being the only HR person in the room — and thriving there
– Experience with or strong aptitude for PEO-managed HR environments
– A natural relationship-builder who earns trust with everyone, regardless of level
Preferred
– Background in hospitality, luxury residential, or real estate operations — a serious plus
– Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-property workforce
– Familiarity with Vensure, ADP, or similar PEO/HRIS platforms
– Experience with Monday.com, ATS platforms, or digital onboarding tools
– SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification
