Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Miami, FL. The HR Manager will oversee the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and payroll. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee concerns. The HR Manager will collaborate with various departments to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- ADP management.
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
- Proficiency in training and development, as well as fostering a positive company culture
- Experience managing payroll, employee benefits, and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus
