About The Role
We're searching for a highly organized and energetic
Senior HR Manager to be the backbone of our growing team. This is a crucial, hands-on generalist role responsible for building, managing, and scaling all aspects of our employee lifecycle and company culture. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and building the scalable people infrastructure, while fostering an engaging, positive, and efficient environment for our employees. Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in a broad People Operations or HR Generalist capacity, ideally within a fast-paced startup or technology environment:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a generalist HR, People Operations, or similar role.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for a rapidly scaling organization.
- Experience managing global employee benefits and negotiating vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure data integrity.
- Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
- Knowledge of US labor law, including contract types, payroll processes, collective agreements, and local regulations.
