Job Description
The HR Manager will oversee various aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing activities such as employee relations, performance management, benefits, and other HR processes. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Due to the business needs, we are looking for candidates located in central time zone.
HR Policies & Practices
- Own the development, maintenance, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal standards.
- Ensure policies are scalable for a growing organization and reflect evolving workforce needs (remote & hybrid).
- Lead policy education and manager enablement to drive understanding and consistent application across teams.
Employee Relations & Advisory Support
- Own day‑to‑day employee relations activities, including investigation, resolution, documentation, and follow‑up of workplace concerns.
- Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, terminations, and conflict resolution to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees at all levels on HR policies, people management practices, and employee experience issues.
Compliance, Risk & Employment Law
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and related state requirements as applicable.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring they are compliant, clearly communicated, consistently applied, and audit‑ready.
- Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and external assessments, supporting remediation plans where gaps are identified.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Assist with coordination of company‑wide events, celebrations, and initiatives that support engagement, inclusion, and organizational culture.
- Serve as a point of continuity for employees across key moments in the employee lifecycle.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Change Management
- Act as a primary HR liaison across functions including HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Operations.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a general HR focus role.
- Bachelors degree in Human resources, Organizational development, Business administration.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

For this role, the salary range is $140,000-$155,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
