A mission-driven organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead enterprise-wide people initiatives during a period of modernization and growth.
This role reports into the Head of HR, partners closely with senior HR leadership, and oversees Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners. The HR Director will drive transformation across systems, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead HR modernization efforts including HRIS optimization (Paycom experience strongly preferred)
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning strategies
- Redesign and implement performance management processes
- Strengthen employee relations, culture, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DOL, FLSA, OSHA, federal contract environment)
- Leverage HR analytics to inform labor and organizational decisions
- Support onboarding transformation and employee lifecycle improvements
Ideal Profile:
- 8–10+ years progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong generalist background in complex, multi-site environments
- Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- SHRM-CP or similar certification a plus
