As we continue to grow across multiple brands and locations, we are seeking an HR Generalist with strong payroll expertise to play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and consistent HR support across the organization. You will serve as a key partner in payroll administration while supporting core HR functions that directly impact the associate experience.

Your Impact
- Review and audit payroll data including timekeeping, deductions, earnings, and taxes
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly and professionally
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to support reconciliations, reporting, and audits
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including system setup and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR and payroll systems
- Assist with benefits administration, employee relations support, and HR inquiries
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll and HR processes through efficiency and accuracy
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience in an HR Generalist or payroll focused role
- Strong hands-on experience processing payroll in Paylocity
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and wage and hour compliance
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- System experience with Payolocity preffered (ADP and or UKG payroll HRIS experience is a plus)
