Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Systems: Manage global HRIS platforms (HiBob, ADP); ensure data accuracy, compliance, and partnership with Finance for headcount and compensation reporting.
- Analytics & Reporting: Deliver HR metrics and dashboards, including headcount, attrition, engagement, and compensation trends to support strategic decisions.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Advise leaders on performance, employee relations, and employment law compliance across all operating regions.
- Performance & Compensation: Lead performance and merit review processes; ensure internal equity and alignment with JRNI’s compensation philosophy.
- Engagement & Culture: Drive employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and initiatives that strengthen connection and belonging.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee a consistent, high-quality experience from hire to exit, including onboarding, exit interviews, and retention feedback.
- Information Security & Audits: Partner with Operations and Security on HR-related ISO and SOC audits and maintain HR compliance documentation.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees to enhance performance, communication, and career development.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, ideally in a global SaaS or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (HiBob, ADP, or similar) and data reporting.
- Experience managing employee relations, performance cycles, and compensation processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
