$180-220k base plus bonus depending on related experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Human Resources function, including direct oversight of the HR team
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
- Oversee talent management, benefits and compensation, learning and development, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Utilize HR data, metrics, and KPIs to support informed decision-making
- Support a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing an HR team
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HR operations
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
