Job Summary – HR Manager (HR Business Partner)

Act as a strategic HR business partner to corporate leaders, advising on organizational needs, workforce planning, and people strategies.
Lead talent reviews and succession planning, coaching managers on goal setting and employee development.
Collaborate with leadership and compensation teams to manage annual compensation planning, salary reviews, and equity adjustments.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in alignment with company policies and values.
Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns, including misconduct and policy violations.
Coach leaders on performance management, behavioral issues, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement proactive plans to strengthen team culture, engagement, and retention.
Partner with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with corporate programs and regulatory requirements.
Uphold and promote Hyatt’s core values: Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity, and Fun.
Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term talent strategies.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

5–7 years of HR experience (minimum 3 years in a corporate environment preferred).
Experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation planning, performance management, and change management.
Experience supporting global teams preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
