Are you an experienced HR leader passionate about shaping a people-centric culture and driving organizational excellence? Rose Pest Solutions, one of America’s most historic and respected pest management companies, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team and help elevate HR strategy across our multi-state footprint.
As a key member of the executive team, you’ll lead and evolve all major HR functions while partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and drive engagement. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Lead
HR Strategy & Leadership
• Serve as the primary HR leader and trusted advisor to senior management.
• Build and enhance HR programs that support company growth objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and refine onboarding to strengthen talent consistency.
• Partner with marketing to reinforce employer branding efforts.
Training, Development & Culture
• Oversee training initiatives and design leadership development programs.
• Foster a people-focused culture with proactive communication and engagement.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
• Manage benefits administration (open enrollment, brokers, HSA, COBRA).
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure multistate HR compliance.

What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, benefits, and compliance.
• Strong communicator who can influence across teams and levels.
HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
