Your new role
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and scale the team rapidly (0 → 25+ in Year 1).
- Build foundational HR infrastructure (payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding).
- Shape culture and drive engagement while aligning with global strategy.
- Partner with leadership to design scalable people operations that support future growth.
What you will need to succeed
- 8+ years in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition and scaling teams fast.
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
- Hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law and HR compliance.
