Director, Human Resources
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations across North America, with a focus on driving talent programs, building a strong company culture, and supporting organizational growth. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role oversees the North America HRBP team and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, innovative HR leader with a strong background in talent development, trusted partnerships, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support during a period of transformation and change.
Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development to enable business goals.
Partner with corporate HR experts in areas such as HR technology, compensation, and benefits.
Build strong relationships with business leaders, fostering positive employee relations and a cohesive, high-morale culture.
Mentor and coach leadership teams through rapid growth, promoting leadership capability and effectiveness.
Oversee core HR programs including recruitment, talent management, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, retention, and DEI.
Drive leadership and talent development initiatives, such as internship programs, professional development, and training workshops.
Provide visible HR leadership presence, monitoring employee engagement and ensuring a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
