Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and execute HR strategies, including employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs across various sectors. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, supervising employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, warehouse safety OSHA, ADA, FMLA. The role involves conducting performance management, organizing training sessions, and implementing initiatives within the organization. The HR Manager will also collaborate with department heads to align HR solutions with business objectives and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention
- Strong expertise in policy development, compliance, and labor law regulations
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Ability to lead and facilitate training, retention programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with human resource management systems (HRMS) and related software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) required.
- Previous experience in a managerial HR role; experience in manufacturing/distribution industries is advantageous
Compensation 73 - 75K/year plus benefits
