Senior Manager, Human Resources (HRBP) – Onsite | Greater Washington, DC/Baltimore area | ~25% travel
Overview
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional operations and business leaders to drive engagement, performance, and inclusive culture.
- Lead and develop a small team of site-based HR professionals; coach leaders on talent, performance, and employee relations.
- Standardize and continuously improve HR processes (employee relations, recruiting support, approvals, compensation cycles) across multiple locations.
- Partner with HR centers of expertise and Legal as needed on investigations, policy interpretation, compliance, and change initiatives.
- Use data and workforce insights to support org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience; multi-site/operations environment strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s and/or SHRM/PHR preferred).
- Proven employee relations expertise, including investigations and coaching leaders through complex situations.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and partnering across COEs (TA, Total Rewards, L&D).
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage multiple priorities with urgency.

Work environment / physical requirements
This role includes time in operational environments and may require standing/walking, sitting, and regular computer/phone use. PPE may be required when visiting sites.
