- The Coordinator, Human Resources performs a wide variety of duties to support the Team Member Experience, People Analytics and/or People Business Partner team members.
What You'll Do

- Support People Team initiatives, including onboarding new People Team Members by ensuring all technology, resources, system access, and materials are in place, as well as coordinating onboarding meetings and touchpoints to enable a successful start.
- Manage and respond to email inquiries and maintain distribution lists for the Global People Support team, ensuring timely communication, proper routing of requests, and accurate audience targeting.
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating participation across multiple stakeholders, and securing meeting space for multiple people leaders on the People Business Partners team, often balancing competing priorities.
- Support Global People Support All Hands meetings and training events, including coordination of logistics, scheduling, materials preparation, attendee communications, and follow-up actions.
- Compile and prepare presentations and meeting materials, ensure quality control and accuracy, and take detailed, accurate meeting notes for distribution to appropriate stakeholders.
- Perform Timekeeper responsibilities and support leave administration for the People Business Partner team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate team supply purchases, managing requests, ordering, and inventory while aligning with internal guidelines and budget considerations.
- Prepare and process expense reports for D+ leaders on the People Business Partner team, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policy, and timely submission.
- Support weekly EP&R schedule communications, including compiling information, coordinating updates, and ensuring consistent and timely distribution.
- Create and communicate monthly team recognition communications, such as birthdays and service anniversaries, supporting engagement and team connection.
- Manage and triage Team Member Service Center (TMSC) escalation cases, partnering closely with TMSC, PBPs, and HRGs to ensure timely review, appropriate follow-up, and resolution.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Teams, CoPilot, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Independent judgement and decision-making skills
- Exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in carrying out duties
- Perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team
- Successfully manage multiple task/projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and organizational skills, along with capacity for attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Current or previous Human Resources experience
- Experience with SharePoint, Smart Sheet, Success Factors, Adobe Acrobat and WorkBrain
