Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Irving, TX. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional tasks include managing onboarding and training processes, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Labor Law Compliance
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, and Payroll Processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, including Performance Management and Coaching
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as knowledge of data analysis for decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Previous experience in an HR leadership role highly desirable
