Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to support and lead key human resources functions across our organization. This role will focus on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility.

Note: This role is strictly focused on HR operations and will not include recruiting or talent acquisition responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership on HR-related matters
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning
Oversee HR reporting, documentation, and internal audits
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience supporting employees in construction or field environments is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved or similar preferred)
