We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee a range of key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations. This is a contract position based in Morristown, New Jersey, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment, compliance, and communication with employees.
• Administer HR policies and procedures while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee data, reporting, and system updates.
• Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, implementing necessary updates when required.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training programs and development opportunities for staff.
• Proven experience in Human Resources management, with a focus on employee relations and benefits.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms and proficiency in managing HR systems.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding and training initiatives.
• Analytical skills to evaluate HR metrics and implement improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
