Our client is an Engineering/Construction company located in NJ. They are looking for an HR Generalist to join their fast-paced growing team. The candidate will play a key role in crafting the department’s best practices and develop top training programs that will allow employees to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $90k-$100k+Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Input new employee data in HRIS and payroll systems
- Support the administration and coordination of employee personnel files adhering to company-wide policies and procedures
- Responsible for accurate completion of health benefit package per defined processes, procedures and regulations
- Partner with senior leaders in full cycle recruitment, proactively managing expectations
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure compliance training requirements are fulfilled
- Create talent pipelines with candidates for future job opportunities
- Create and evaluate reports and data to provide analytical recommendations
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR role
- Strong systems experience
- Ability to multitask
