Pacific International has been exclusively retained by a leading electronic component manufacturer looking to bring in a Global Human Resources Director to oversee the entire HR function for a key business unit to help sustain their growth and expanding reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning people, culture, and organizational strategy with global business objectives.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development, career progression, and end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention across locations.
- Build and lead a high‑performing, geographically distributed HR team while fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.
- Drive organizational and cultural change by partnering with leaders, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and advising on relevant HR trends.
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters while ensuring proactive risk management and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Establish trusted relationships at all levels, support positive workplace culture, resolve employee relations issues, and conduct investigations as needed.
- Partner with corporate HR to support enterprise initiatives and oversee benefits, compensation, performance management, records management, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related major required; PHR/SPHR designations are preferred.
- 7–10+ years of diverse HR leadership experience required. Background in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Must be a “hands-on” professional with a proven knowledge of employee relations, leadership development, training, organizational development, performance management, compliance issues, communications, salaried and hourly staffing, and compensation/benefit administration.
