Human Resources Manager
Location: Aventura, FL
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Salary: $100,000–$125,000
We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth organization based in Aventura. This role is fully onsite and will play a critical part in driving employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and policy development
- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning
- Oversee onboarding, training initiatives, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters
- Drive initiatives that enhance company culture and employee engagement
- Manage HR processes, documentation, and HRIS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast‑growing or high‑performance environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Aventura
